1 day bed that can turn into to a full size bed or two twin beds, a ceiling fan with light, a computer, and a desk.

A futon, AC,  TV with Direct TV and a DVD/VCR player. 

This room can also be used as a dressing room or boudoir with enough closet space and drawers for five people.

Living room

A TV-CD-VCR-DVD entertainment unit with stereo speakers, a sectional three piece sofa, an island, and 2-5 stools that separate the living room area from the kitchen area.

Kitchen

Full kitchen with all the usual utensils and appliances, such as: a microwave, a dishwasher, a  refrigerator, an industrial stove & oven, a garbage compactor, a blender, a food waste disposer, an electric can opener, toaster-oven, etc.

Bathroom # 1

Full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.

Bathroom #2

Full bathroom with a shower.

Private swimming pool

Can be lit for night time swimming and it has a waterfall.

Porch/balcony/verandas

A dinning room table for four people and two additional arm chairs.

Tropical flower garden

Has a variety of tropical flowers in bloom all year long and a small fountain.

Back terrace/Patio

Adjacent to the pool and it also has a deck and a pressure shower.

The back yard is the beach and the ocean.

The front yard has a big beautiful tree ideal for a picnic or for eating out on the lawn.
